We are unable to APO address.
Orders with different billing and shipping address may need additional 2 to 3 days for processing.
We only ship parts Internationally, we do not ship complete ride ons Internationally.
• Riding Toys
Most of these products are shipped directly from manufacturer to offer you the best price; all manufacturers have different shipping times; that may be between 1-5 business days.
General delivery time is within 10 business days.
We don’t ship machines Internationally.
Most parts shipped from our Texas warehouse, we generally ship within 2 business days if the product is in stock, we will place the order on back order status if the products are out of stock. We will ask for confirmation before we ship the backordered parts.
Orders that ship from CA or TN warehouse may need additional 2 – 4 days for processing.
International orders for more than $ 200.00 must be cleared by a wire transfer, please send an email to

Warranty Riding Toys
Kidswheels is not responsible and would not be liable for any warranty issue with a riding toy, the manufacturer or distributor is strictly responsible to satisfy customer expectations. Either way KidsWheels will act as a mediator to try to help the customer with any warranty issues.
KidsWheels, LLC covers parts for 30 days and does not cover parts (including batteries) that have been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, improper installation, modification, and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. KidsWheels, LLC will replace parts at its option as covered under our return Mfg. Defect policy. KidsWheels LLC, is excluded from any liability on the part of KidsWheels LLC, whether under warranty or implied under law for any indirect or consequential damages for breach of warranty. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so this limitation may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Parts Return Procedure
• You can return the undamaged and unused items 30 days after received them.
• We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way.
• For free shipping items, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.
• Orders cannot be cancelled by email or voice mail.
Riding Toys Return Procedure
Kidswheels will not accept any return for a riding toy. If the customer wants to return the product he/she will need to follow the regulations of the manufacturer.

All materials, including images, text, illustrations, design, icons, photographs that are part of this site are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for your personal use only.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. While Kidswheels strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Kidswheels cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing. Kidswheels shall have the right, at Kidswheels.com sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Kidswheels may, at Kidswheels.com discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Kidswheels does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review the regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.
Kidswheels attempts to be accurate in its products descriptions. However, Kidswheels does not warrant that product descriptions or other Content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Kidswheels reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Kidswheels also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.
